Pension Hafenterrasse is located in the state-approved resort of Goyatz. The building in which it is housed is of historical significance in the village: it was once the storage and loading facility for what used to be the horse-drawn railway. The old quay wall is preserved in its original state and the building has been excellently restored and rebuilt.

In the upper area there are the five accommodation units. Each section is individually designed, comprising a living and sleeping area as well as a bathroom. The breakfast room is in the central section and there is a restaurant on the lower floor.
