All rooms are equipped comfortably with satellite television and a bathroom with a shower or bath tub. Most rooms have a balcony. Extra beds can be added to the double rooms and cots are also available. Parking for cars and coaches is provided directly by the building.

There is also a storage facility for bicycles. In the spa area, guests can use various saunas, a steam bath and a Kneipp basin in the outdoor area. The affiliated restaurant serves regional Spreewald fare with ingredients such as fish and venison hunted by the operators. The menu also includes vegetarian options.
