The Cottbus planetarium with its dome space creates the ideal conditions to present what is happening in the universe true to the original. With scientifically and artistically designed programs, visitors can experience the universe up close. But music shows, science lectures, radio plays and concerts are also becoming increasingly popular. An excursion tip for the whole family! Of course, schoolchildren are among the most frequent visitors, but also many tourists discover the planetarium as a highlight near the holiday areas Spreewald, Lausitzer Seenkette and Schwielochsee. Public events take place at fixed times, additional events for groups can be booked by prior appointment. Offers are also available in Polish and English upon prior notification. Accessibility has been created for people with disabilities.
