In this sauna facility there are 14 different saunas where you can sweat to your heart’s content. The themed saunas with their woodcarvings in the sauna village are especially fascinating, transporting visitors back to a bygone age in typical Spreewald style. Here you can listen to myths and legends under a huge haystack in the “Lutki Cave”, for example. In the “Sau(na)stall” guests have the company of a fat boar and its delightful sow, while in the “Gherkin Sauna” there’s a swing on which to build up some real momentum. And in the “Gute Stube” and “Alter Speicher” there is all manner of lovingly crafted woodwork to admire. For relaxation between sauna sessions there is an original Spreewald barn with 90 comfortable rest zones. A wide range of massage and wellness programmes are available, so everyone is bound to find just what they are looking for.
