The falconry that makes everyone's heart beat faster! Idyllically located in Calau Switzerland, close to the Spreewald Forest, you'll find the falconry near Calau in the Werchow district at Bahnhofstrasse 23. The falconry offers a unique experience for anyone interested in magnificent birds of prey. You can marvel at bald eagles, snowy owls, white-tailed eagles, European owls, tawny owls, golden eagles, spotted eagle owls, steppe eagles, barn owls, saker falcons, Siberian owls, peregrine falcons, and Harris's hawks. ​Flight shows and bookable events are offered at the eagle and hunting falconry. You can spend a day with a falconer or your next team day at the falconry. There are also special offers for tour groups and school classes. From May 1st to October 31st, the falconry opens its doors every Saturday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays* (*please check the website for exact opening hours!) to those interested in birds of prey and enthusiasts. Dogs and other pets are not allowed! The demonstrations begin at 3:00 PM, and admission is at 2:00 PM. It is possible to sponsor a bird of prey!
