In Johanna Lilien Cenit's works the emphasis is on the aesthetic, as she tries to work with the material's associativity and expressiveness. She works with transparent, lead-free glaze, and the painting is done with enamel colours that are melted into the glaze. This means that it is safe to put them in the dishwasher (should you choose to do so) (apart from those with gold or platinum/silver).
