The 38-hectare Demeterhof farm focuses on its almost 4 hectares of soft fruit orchard: Raspberries, blackberries, black and red currants, red and green gooseberries, strawberries and rhubarb. We use the remaining area to grow vegetables and food for our sheep and chickens.
