Farm shop, biodynamic crop farming, vegetables, potatoes, fruit, seasonal herbs, mostly grown on site, juices, seeds, rye, apple trees. Small family-run farm that has been dedicated to biodynamic farming since 1988. The farm has a size of around 24 hectares, 9 of which are usable for crop farming. The little farm provides for an organism that is a suitable basis of existence for human beings. A small number of animals is kept to supplement the vegetable cultivation. Their manure is used to fertilise the land. The farm is managed to make sure that vegetables can be grown, while the soil remains fertile on the long run.
