Lake Zenssee is a very deep, narrow and long glacial lake, covering around 100 hectares and up to 25 metres in depth. Its water quality level is outstanding. The water is low in nutrients, which makes it very clear. The visible depth is around 5 metres – so it’s a hidden gem for divers!

Main types of fish: Pike, zander, perch, carp, tench and many types of whiting

Special feature: a deep glacial lake with very clear water
