There are no mass-produced products here. Having retired from professional life, trained ceramic artist Gudrun Bauch runs a small hobby workshop in Kastaven, a district of Lychen.

The materials she uses primarily include clay and wood (natural woods, mainly burl wood or branch wood). She often combined the two materials too. She also uses metal, usually rebar, as support for her figurative works. Among other things, she makes usable ceramics such as vessels as well as figures, objects, decorative items and commissioned works. Courses: every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. subject to registration
