The small park is nestled into the estate, where the farm buildings have been densely planted. The only - somewhat obscured - view of the park and the Oder landscape is from the manor house: over three flowerbeds and loosely arranged trees, past a group of trees a little further away, you can see what appears to be a very broad area of water in the surrounding landscape. The complex has strikingly large meadows and groves of trees. Heavy planting is only seen by the buildings, along with a slightly sinuate moat.

The farm buildings are heavily planted and a slightly obscured view of the park and the Oder landscape framed by trees only develops from the manor house. A small, regular flower garden has been planed by the side façade. The many, mostly straight moats in the park follow flowing, even lake-like contours in relation to the lateral axis of the manor house.

The park, which is actually quite narrow, flows into the wetland meadows; the pathways leading there curve gently. A connecting pathway to the entrance of the village sweeps pleasingly, planted on both sides, over the farm landscape and the planting is laid out in such a way as to create an enclosed area.

To the south of the village, a long circular trail runs through the “Woeder” and the estate to the “Kietz”, adjoining a large mire by the fields to the north of the estate.
