A bakery that not only offers the standard assortment of bread and pastries using ingredients from controlled organic farms but also develops its own special ideas. The "Brot im Glas" (bread in a glass) and the prize-winning "Angermünder Christstollen" (Angermünde fruit stollen) are just two examples.

In addition to the wide range of breads and pastries, you can also have breakfast or a coffee in the cosy café. In summer, you can also sit outside at the street café.

Themed tours of the artisan bakery are available upon request. You can suggest your own topics or choose from themes such as yeast doughs, puff pastry/Danish pastry, or bread baking. Guests are encouraged to participate. Refreshments can also be booked as an add-on. Price: €110 for 10 people; for individual participants (minimum group size of 4), the price is €25 per person.

There is an air pump and e-bike charging station for cyclists.
