Exceptional deer specialties at the "Cottage": Far off from the hectic routine and nestled in the biosphere reserve "Schorfheide-Chorin", the Hotel Döllnsee-Schorfheide lies right on the banks of Lake Großer Döllnsee. The stylishly laid out restaurant "Cottage" is located inside the 1941 Tudor-style manor house. It proves ideal for a menu on the large terrace, which affords a splendid view of the hotel’s park and the adjacent lake.

Among these specialties are fried "Schorfheide deer liver" prepared with apples and onions, walnut bread served with deer ham and salami, or deer cut into strips with a fruity elderberry sauce garnished with fresh wild mushrooms.
