Identify, collect and enjoy wild plants in the Uckermark. Join Ulrike Dittmann on a stroll through nature and discover an all new perspective. You will be impressed by the number of edible wild plants by the side of the trail. Learn about identification characteristics and possible uses, especially as food. Your guide will also share some old folk-tales and stories with you. Don’t worry, we are not going for a complicated botany walk, but for a relaxed stroll on which you can smell, touch and taste easy to identify plants.

On a “Wild Excursion” you can prepare a food sample, or how about multiple courses for a “Wild Menu”?
  • The walk takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. We do not cover any long distances.
  • The excursions are suitable for children and adults.
  • All materials and ingredients needed are provided.
  • Duration: around 2 hours.
  • Maximum number of participants: 12.

Pre-booking by 6 p.m. on the day before is required. Please refer to the website for dates.

The excursions and meals take place in different places across the Uckermark. You can also book Ulrike Dittmann individually and plan your own excursion. Ulrike Dittmann is a gardener and a certified ESD herb educator (Education for Sustainable Development).
