The tenth and final stage of the Märkisch Overland Trail covers from Groß Pinnow to Mescherin. The tour leads through the wavy and diverse landscape of the Uckermark. At the end of the hike, we return to the Lower Oder Valley near Mescherin. The observation tower allows for a final wonderful view of the Oder wetlands.

Start: Groß Pinnow / Finish: Mescherin

How to get there: From Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) take the RE3 to Schwedt. From here take bus no. 469 to Gartz. Here take bus no. 471 (Casekow) to Groß Pinnow. To get to the starting point, you will have to walk another 3 kilometres (about 3 hours).

Return journey: From Mescherin take bus no. 473 to Tantow. From here take the regional train RB66 to Angermünde. Here you change to the RE3 to Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) (about 3 hours).

Route: Groß Pinnow, Hohenreinkendorf, Geesow, Mescherin
