Green, quiet setting on the outskirts of Prenzlau, along a disused railway line.

95 m² with one living area and two bedrooms (3 single beds, 1 double bed), kitchen, two bathrooms, non-smoking apartment.

Amenities:

Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc., baby cot, washing machine.

Towels and bed linen included.

Details:

Separate entrance, apartment located on the first floor, seating area in the garden, wallbox for electric vehicles.

Arrival:

The street “Vorstadtbahnhof” consists of two separate sections that are not connected. House numbers 1–9 do not lead to the station.

Access is via Güstower Straße: coming from Neustädter Damm, use the second entrance; coming from L 25, use the first entrance. This entrance is marked by the small “Vorstadtwaage” building (former weigh house). After approximately 300 meters, the old station is reached.
