Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal; Speisenauswahl am Büffet; Insgesamt sehr bodenständiger Eindruck;
Bonbon: die gerade neu eingerichtete Sauna am See

Negative:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: kein Bademantelgang von allen Zimmern zu Pool und Sauna.

Positive:

Das Hotel liegt idillisch in der Natur. Auch das Kulinarische Angebot war sehr gut.

Negative:

Die Betten sind überarbeitungswürdig. Das sogenannte Doppelbett besteht aus zwei mit rollen zusammen geschobenen Betten. Beim Kuscheln verschieben diese sich leicht und man liegt auf dem Boden.

Negative:

Weg vom Zimmer zum Haupthaus ca. 250 Meter, angegeben von ihnen mit nur 90m !!! Besonders bei strömenden Regen eine Zumutung!!! Kein Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar in der Unterkunft, so dass es nicht möglich ist, ein Getränk bei großer Hitze zusich zu nehmen. Das weit entfernte Restaurant bietet auch keine Getränke zur Mitnahme an. Eine Möglichkeit etwas zu kaufen gibt es auch nicht. Auch fehlen im Außenbereich Sanitäranlagen

himmlische Ruhe, See, Terasse, Sauna, Umgebung, Qualität des Essens, Leihangebot Fahrrad, Boote, Stand-up-Boards, das Personal ist professionell, sehr nett und hat gut Laune.

Negative:

Teppichböden flächendeckend finden wir nicht gut. Ist nicht besonders hygienisch und nicht angenehm.

ruhige & idyllische Lage, hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet, große Zimmer

Negative:

Der Pool war wegen Havarie geschlossen und es gibt keine Ruheräume im Saunabereich. Wir waren echt enttäuscht.
Das Personal könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Am Empfang nur ein Azubi und im Restaurant mussten wir jedes Mal warten, bis jemand kam, obwohl es nicht voll war.

Die Ausstattung ist denn vier Sternen nicht angemessen. Alte Saunen. Kein separater Ruhe Raum. Schwimmbad Atmosphäre steril. Kein Kaffee auf den Zimmern. Alter Fön. Es fehlt an vielen kleinen Dingen, die in anderen Hotels im gleichen Sterne Bereich üblich sind.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Schön ruhig mitten in der Natur, das hatten wir dringend mal wieder gebraucht! Abseits der Hecktick einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Personal am Empfang außerordentlich höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Servicekräfte haben während der morgendlichen Hektik im Frühstücksraum versucht ihr Lächeln zu bewahren.

Größe, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer

Negative:

Wellnessanwendungen waren 4 Wochen im Voraus ausgebucht. Der Saunabereich ist insgesamt viel zu klein und bietet keinen Ruhebereich/Ruheraum. Die Liegen im Schwimmbadbereich sind zu wenig und es ist dort auch zu laut, um es als Ruhebereich zu nutzen. Auch das Saunahaus bietet keine Ruheplätze. Auf dem Steg im Außenbereich unter dem Dach wären 4-6 Liegen mit Decken und dezente Beleuchtung hier eine Überlegung wert.

Wir hatten einen sehr sehr netten Kellner der uns gut betreut hat.Das Essen war sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön.

Negative:

Wir waren schon vor ein paar Jahren dort und ich hatte unter Bewertung auch die Sauna aufgeführt, deren Bänke rissig und ungepflegt sind und nun wirklich keinen schönen Einblick bieten. Dies hat sich keinesfalls verändert, es sind die Original gleichenBänke immer noch unbearbeitet und es wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Der Saunabereich ansonsten ist o. k. Schön war das Mineralwasser angeboten wurde.Das Schwimmbad an sich ist nett, Könnte aus meiner Sicht etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden. Es wirkt sehr kalt.

Arrival description

  • By car: Leave the northern Berliner Ring (A10), at the Dreieck Pankow and continue towards Pankow/Zentrum (A114), then take the Schönerlinder Straße exit (B109) towards Wandlitz/Prenzlau, continue straight ahead on the B109 / L100 (see hotel signs), through Groß Schönebeck for 9 km, then turn right for the hotel (see sign for Döllnsee). Alternatively, leave the northern Berliner Ring (A10) at Kreuz Schwanebeck, change onto the A11 towards Prenzlau/Stettin, continue until the Finowfurt exit, then turn left towards Liebenwalde (B167), as far as Zerpenschleuse. At the traffic lights at the crossroads, turn right onto the L100 for Prenzlau, through Groß Schönebeck and after 10 km turn right for the hotel (see sign for Döllnsee) Alternatively, take the A24 until you reach Anschlussstelle Kyritz (junction). Take the B167 for Eberswalde as far as the junction B109 / B167 / L100 in Zerpenschleuse. Turn links towards Prenzlau and follow the L100 to Groß Schönebeck.
