The glass making tradition in Annenwalde dates back to 1754. Bottles for breweries and pharmacies were produced in the glass factory in the woods until 1865. Werner Kothe has been focussing on fusing technology for more than 10 years now, and he designs sheet glass for indoor and outdoor use, as well as decorative and useful objects. Since 2021 Susan Jancke works here in the glass manufactur.
