The vehicle and technology museum presents old agricultural equipment, farming technology/tractors, as well as old passenger cars and motor bikes from the 1950s to 1980s. In addition to technical equipment, there are also an old workshop and everyday items from the farming life of our parents’ and grandparents’ generations. Visitors can therefore get a lively impression of this time in history. The museum café is the perfect place to round off your day with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. Nearby Fürstenauer See is ideal for all those wishing to take a cooling dip in the lake.

The former grain storehouse of old Gut Fürstenau was refurbished in 2013. The historic structure was restored and could be preserved for future use. As part of the building work, a wraparound gallery was added in the upper part to create more exhibition space. Cars are shown on the ground floor, and two-wheeled vehicles, engines and small equipment are presented on the gallery. Historic pictures of agricultural work in the past make the overall impression complete. The entrance and tour are accessible, so people with disabilities can also enjoy the museum.

A new hall was built in the second construction phase (2013) to add further exhibition space and bathroom facilities. The materials and style of features such as doors and windows of the new building were selected to match the historic granite barn. The hall is also accessible.
