The Marstall Boitzenburg royal stable forms part of the ensemble of buildings of Boitzenburg Castle and is located in direct view of the castle entrance. In the Marstall you will find a chocolate mousse factory, an in-house coffee roasting plant, an ice-cream factory and a bakery. The small, cosy café, the beer garden and the regularly held festivals and craftsmen's markets are perfect for sampling and lingering.
