The bright and spacious vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the green Komponistenviertel of Teltow. The comfortable apartment with about 75 m² living space is located in the attic of a detached two-family house. It is optimally designed for 2-4 people, but can be inhabited with a maximum of 5-6 people for a shorter time. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Pets can be brought along after arrangement with pleasure!

The residential location on the outskirts of Berlin is ideally suited as a starting point for visits to Berlin and Potsdam and for exploring the beautiful Brandenburg hinterland, thanks to good transport links. Recently, Brandenburg and Berlin can be visited directly from the city port of Teltow by water.

Public transportation is within walking distance. With the S-Bahn, the regional train and the buses of the VBB, Berlin and Potsdam can be reached comfortably and independently of the car. Also by car it is only half an hour to the center of Berlin (18 km). To Potsdam with its tourist highlights like the Sanssouci Palace only 25 minutes are needed.
