Strausberg airstrip is not only for heading up into the skies: if you wish to explore Strausberg and the surrounding area on the ground, two e-bikes are available for rent at the airstrip tower, too. Batteries can also be charged during the opening hours of the rental station.

Lake Straussee with its numerous idyllic bathing spots and historic open-air swimming pool is only about three kilometres away from the airstrip and is a worthwhile place to go on a bike tour: it’s just a stone’s throw away on an e-bike.
