The Eisenhüttenstädter Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft has seven modern furnished non-smoking guest apartments. These are located in the various urban areas of Eisenhüttenstadt. Among them are two 1-room apartments, one of which is age-appropriate and barrier-free. Furthermore, there are two 2-room, two 3-room and one 4-room apartment on offer. The guest apartments are comfortably equipped: all have a fitted kitchen, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, washing-up liquid, dryer sheets, flat-screen TV and free WLAN. In some apartments there is a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Heating and operating costs, electricity, bed linen and towels as well as the final cleaning are already included in the overnight price.
