The twelfth stage of Tour Brandenburg runs for over 83 kilometres from Beeskow to the Lausitz city of Cottbus. The tour takes you through stunning woods and lakeland scenery via Oelsen and Pinnow and then to Tauer. Via the Peitz ponds you then reach Cottbus via Willmersdorf.

How to get there: Take the RE1 regional express train from Berlin central station to Frankfurt/Oder and then continue with the RB36 (Königs Wusterhausen) regional train to Beeskow (about 2 hours).

Return journey: From Cottbus, take the RE2 (Wittenberge) regional express train to Berlin central station (about 1.5 hours).
